How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online or over the telephone (+966 920 000 469).
Reserving a room online is the quickest method of making a reservation.
Any special requests you make online are sent to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
If you have any additional questions or specific requests you will find our call centre to be most efficient. All the rate you see on the website are the same online as they are over the phone.

When looking for group booking, we request you to please include as many details of your booking as possible, as number of adults and children, preferred dates and destinations...etc.
How can I know if my reservation is confirmed?
After the 3 steps of the reservation process and before you confirme payment, you will see a confirmation page with your reservation number, currency, the cost and PIN code, click confirm to mad your reservation. For future reference, please write or print your book number and PIN code ,As soon as you have confirme your reservation we will provide you with a unique

reservation reference which also be emailed to you using the email address you provided at the time of booking.
How long does confirmation take?
Confirmation of your reservation should be instant whether you reserve online or by telephone and you will receive an email confirming of all your reservation details. This email should be with you within 10 minutes of making a reservation.
Can I view my bookings online?

What should I do if don't receive email confirmation of my booking?
If you don't receive email confirmations please contact us using the link below with your Arabrooms.com booking reference number. If you cannot find your booking reference number you can provide us with your name and arrival date along with the hotel name and we will be able to resend your booking confirmation email to you.

Once you have entered the dates of your stay, the rates will be clearly displayed alongside the available room types.
What happens to my booking if my flight is delayed?

Information regarding children and extra beds/cribs located under ‘Hotel Policies’, please take note of the following:
Added costs for children, if any, are not included in the reservation price.
During the online booking process please place your request for any extra bed/crib in the comments box provided.
